The Zilix Aura is an integrated energy storage and EV charging system that combines a 261kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, a 120kW dual-gun DC charger, and an embedded Energy Management System (EMS) in a single cabinet. The system stores energy and distributes it according to charging demand, available grid capacity, and energy management settings. It supports grid-connected and off-grid operation, making it suitable for commercial parking facilities, industrial sites, public charging stations, and locations with limited electrical infrastructure. With integrated battery storage and intelligent power management, Zilix Aura provides a flexible solution for commercial EV charging projects.
-
The integrated 261kWh LFP battery allows Zilix Aura to store electrical energy and release it when additional charging power is required. During periods of low charging demand, the system can store energy from the grid or a compatible external solar power system. When charging demand increases, stored energy can supplement the available grid supply, helping operators manage peak electrical loads and reduce reliance on additional grid capacity. The embedded EMS coordinates battery charging, discharging, and EV charging according to site requirements and configured operating strategies. Actual usable battery capacity and charging performance depend on battery state of charge, operating conditions, system efficiency, and energy management settings.
-
Yes. The Zilix Aura features two DC charging connectors with a combined rated charging power of 120kW. Each charging connector has a rated output power of 60kW and a rated output current of 120A. The integrated energy management system coordinates power delivery according to charging demand and available energy resources. This dual-gun charging configuration makes Zilix Aura suitable for commercial parking facilities, fleet depots, industrial sites, and public charging locations requiring multiple charging points. Actual charging power depends on the connected vehicles, battery conditions, and available system capacity.
-
Yes. The Zilix Aura supports both grid-connected and off-grid operation, allowing it to provide EV charging using stored battery energy when grid power is unavailable. Its integrated Static Transfer Switch (STS) supports switching between operating modes, with a specified off-grid switching time of less than 20ms. The system can also coordinate with compatible external photovoltaic systems to support renewable energy generation and battery charging. Off-grid charging duration depends on the available battery energy, connected charging loads, and any additional energy generation. For continuous off-grid charging applications, appropriate battery capacity and external energy generation must be considered during project planning.
-
Yes. The Zilix Aura supports integration with external photovoltaic systems, with a maximum PV input voltage of 900V and a rated PV input power of 100kW. Its embedded Energy Management System coordinates energy flows between the grid, battery storage, photovoltaic generation, and EV charging system. This enables operators to implement energy management strategies such as peak shaving, load balancing, energy storage optimization, and renewable energy utilization. The system is particularly suitable for commercial charging projects where reducing grid dependency and improving energy utilization are important operational requirements.
-
The Zilix Aura is designed for commercial and industrial charging environments where battery storage and flexible power management are required. Typical applications include industrial parks, commercial parking facilities, public charging stations with limited grid capacity, renewable energy charging sites, and off-grid charging locations. Its integrated cabinet design combines a 261kWh battery, 120kW DC charging system, and intelligent EMS, reducing the need to install separate energy storage and charging equipment. With IP55 protection, liquid cooling, and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C, it is designed for demanding outdoor charging environments. Power derating applies above +45°C, and installation conditions should be confirmed according to project requirements.
