DENZA Dealership EV Charging in China: 360kW and 480kW Split DC Systems
High-Power Charging for Automotive Dealerships
As electric vehicles become an increasingly important part of automotive retail, dealerships require charging infrastructure capable of supporting customer services and daily vehicle operations.
Dealership charging applications typically involve multiple vehicle types and charging requirements, including customer vehicles, test-drive vehicles, new vehicle deliveries, and after-sales services.
To support these applications, Zilix supplied split DC EV charging systems for more than 400 DENZA 4S dealerships across China.
The project incorporates 360kW and 480kW split DC charging systems, providing high-power charging capacity for premium automotive retail environments.

Flexible Split DC Charging System Design
The charging systems are configured with two or three charging dispensers according to the requirements of individual dealership locations.
Unlike integrated DC chargers, split charging systems separate the centralized power cabinet from the charging terminals.
This architecture provides greater flexibility when positioning charging equipment within different dealership layouts.
The power cabinet can be installed in a suitable equipment area, while charging dispensers can be positioned closer to designated vehicle parking spaces.
For automotive dealerships, this configuration helps accommodate charging infrastructure within existing retail and service environments.
Multiple charging terminals also allow dealerships to serve different vehicle charging requirements within the same facility.
Scalable Charging Infrastructure for Dealership Networks
Deploying charging systems across more than 400 locations requires equipment configurations that can accommodate varying site layouts and operational requirements.
The DENZA project demonstrates Zilix’s experience supplying high-power DC charging infrastructure across a large automotive dealership network.
Our split DC charging solutions can support vehicle manufacturers, automotive dealerships, EV experience centers, and commercial vehicle service facilities.
For businesses developing dealership charging infrastructure, equipment selection should consider available electrical capacity, parking arrangements, charging demand, and future vehicle requirements.
